Environment

Posted June 2017

Conservation International’s Peter Seligmann lauds the indigenous peoples protecting our planet.

Chairman of the Board of Conservation International Peter Seligmann has always stood firmly with indigenous peoples. There are no better stewards of our natural environment than the indigenous peoples that have nurtured it for thousands of years.

At Emerson Elemental’s DO-FEST in November of 2016, Seligmann honored indigenous peoples from around the world. In the clip above, he speaks to their essential role in protecting nature around the world.
